while watching american idol tonight with mike and kenadee i had a proud moment.
i thought kenadee was watching and listening to danny gokey sing but she was
concentrating on something else.
kenadee sounded out the word at the bottom of the screen...
f ah x...f ahx...fahx...fox.
'mom that says fox!!!'
she is on her way to reading.
what proud parents we are!!!
i still can't believe my little girl will
start kindergarten in the fall.

She's a smart girl! Yes...color in the morning (can't wait).
Keri THAT IS SO AWESOME! It's amazing how much they learn at such a young age. We didn't begin reading until first grade! Can you believe it? Madison is reading at level 10 in her school and has read over a hundred books this year. It's amazing. They are also learning simple addition and subtraction. Times are so different these days!
